Are you a writer/potential writer of poems, essays, skits, plays, novels, letters to the Editor, magazine articles? Then come to a Writers' Circle at Lake County Arts Council gallery in Lakeport the first Thursday of the month, 7-9 PM to share writings, give constructive feedback or just listen and enjoy.

        Be prepared to do a brief opening writing exercise and/or take part in a 'creativity game'. We may work in small groups to ensure everyone gets a chance to read.

        This circle could inspire you to take part in local open mic venues, or set up another writers' circle, or submit your work for publication/contests, or help set up forthcoming events.
